The Good Tribe, an environmental and social impact solution agency, has produced a number of tools to help businesses become more circular.
This small-group workshop is a guided walkthrough of The First Circular Business Move – Roadmap, a practical canvas series designed to help businesses move from early circular action to intentional, long-term change.
Using the Roadmap canvases, participants will work through:
- Vision & ambition: what circularity actually means for your business
- Readiness & gaps: what enables progress, and what needs attention first
- Stakeholders & roles: who needs to be involved, when and how
- Prioritisation & sequencing: what comes now, next and later
- A living roadmap: with ownership, learning loops and review points
This session is suitable for:
- Businesses curious about circularity but unsure how to move forward
- Businesses that have tested initiatives and want clearer direction
- Product-based and/or service-based businesses
- Roles in sustainability, innovation, operations, strategy, or leadership
By the end of the session, you’ll have:
- A clearer sense of how to approach your circular transition
- A shared and realistic circular direction
- Agreed priorities and sequencing logic
- A draft roadmap you can continue working with
- Greater confidence in what to focus on next
Participants should come ready to engage — this is an active working session, not a passive webinar. It will be a small, facilitated group to allow space for real thinking, discussion and learning.
This workshop will take place in English via Zoom + Miro at 10:00–11:30 CET on 25 March. You will need to apply to take part: 6-8 participants will be accepted.
There is no charge for participating; the organisers would like honest feedback and (if you find it valuable) a testimonial.
